Save setting to MegaDrum permanently?

Can the setting I send from the MDmanager be saved to the megadrum permanently? I've used "send all", "save to slot" megadrum will not remember the setting if I turn it off. I searched a little bit, but could not find a clear way to do this. How can I make megadrum turn on and start up with my setting every time?
