Hihat pedal not work

I'm using the following controller http://www.thomann.de/es/millenium_hihat_controller.htm
When connecting the monitor midi signal leaves open / closed in the middle of the bar, but does not move at all, I tested with mono and stereo wires, and with different configurations megadrum, also changing the polarity of the controller, but still not working.

Any help?
