Not having found a solution for this issue I decided to upload the circuit schematic of my interface maybe there will be an error in it.
Is this schematic correct ?
I used the schematics you had provided for PIC18f14k50 and Syntex interface to draw this one.

At least you missed resistors on pins 4 and 7 of the PIC, R2 must be 4k7 and R1 is not needed.

I did the corrections but it still doesn't work properly.
I'm pretty much disappointed with 14k50 so far.
Thank you anyway for your guides.

Do we have anymore information on the PIC18F14K50?
I've bought it not realizing it has less pins than the PIC18F2550 and I'm trying to use it with the latest 56 inputs design. Will this work or not?

PIC18F14K50 and PIC18F2550 are not pin compatible so you cannot replace one with another.

What if I used this schematic in place, viewtopic.php?f=3&t=702
Would this work with the latest 56 inputs design?

The schematic in this topic will work with any device producing a signal with MIDI timing.

Дмитрий, прошивка эта, указанная Вами. Плату всю уже перепроверил. Попробую другой PIC.
