kick input is not working

i understood kick input ( input 2 ) is not working, when i was touching pad, no signal.
surprise, hihat pedal in put when i conected to pad, i touched pad i I seen both kick and hihat signal.
may be i soldered wrong ( pin 3, 5 to switch, pin 1 to jack one. pin 4 to kick jack )
please help me

You need to check for connectivity from your kick pad to R18 or pin 14 of the first MUxer.
Check for shorts/break on the kick input.
Check that ground from the kick pad is properly connected.

I checked
1: checked pad to input 2 (kick input) : ok
2 : checked Sleeve on jack 2 to pin 40 : ok
3: checked tip on jack 2 to pin 4 : ok
4: checked pin 4to R18 : ok
5: Checked R18 to 4051 k
6: checked pin 14, this is tom 1
7: i changed new kick pad but it's not working
i'm using firmware megadrum32_16_32_20100516

According to http://www.megadrum.info/sites/default/ ... _kicad.png pin 14 of the first MUXer is a Kick input.
As far as I can see a short/break along the whole length of the wires/tracks from the kick pad to pin 14 of the MUXer is the only reason which can cause the Kick input not to work. This also includes incorrectly soldered diodes on the input. Or you have a faulty MUXer.

Ok i checked pin 4 of input connect to pin 14 of the MUXer, every thing is ok.
i used another pad connect to hihat pedal input and turn the switch to connect pin 5 of pad connector ( pin 13 of the MUXer), when I touched the pad i seen both a signal of a kick and hihat, but i turn the switch to connect pin 3 of pad connector anh touch the pad but no signal.

Sorry, you've lost me. I don't get how the HiHat pedal input and the Kick input are related. Forget the HiHat pedal input and deal only with the Kick input.

i changed the MUXer but situation has not improved, may be i'm going to change the bat85, by you I need to replace the bat.

You can use only HiHat pedal input.

If it is a press-to-make type pedal or with a pedal with a potentiometer inside, then yes.

I changed 4 MUXer but kick input not working ( i tested diode d9 it's ok)please help me
