It is fantastic video!

After some discussions with some friends, we think the dynamics could be even better. We are guessing that the snare and toms could be too hot and that a pot/resistor would make a great kit even better! What is the high level on the snare and toms currently?

I do not not own a MD (yet), but from the video it seems the latency is very high. This is probably, because the audio/video is out of sync. You should really fix that, because from what I heard and seen, MD is the fastest interface out there and do not have a lot of latency.

That's just the video being out of sync with the audio, nothing to do with latency.

That is _exactly_ what I said.. but if you are using this video to "promote" the MD, it should get synced.
Otherwise it is going to give a wrong interpretation of the capabilities of the MD..

You have a point ..
I have pots installed on every input of the MD .(head and rim) . That gives me a lot space to change how the pads are hot ,on the run without going into the MD settings..
