Hi all !

I have similar problem only on my snare, and I observed it long time ago :

If I play quick pattern, and only on the snare, it's OK.

If I play quick pattern with snare, kick, hi hat, cymbals, some snare hit aren't send.

I try to use some function :

Note off Delay = 1000
Pressroll timeout = 1000
Latency = 40

Input priority = yes

What can I do ?

I think I solve my problem !!!

and I solve two problem in one ! :D

I've observed another thing, that was bored for me : the rimshot worked but was known only one shot per four.

It was because I didn't let "alt note" and "pressroll note" on the 3rd zone of snare and tom :
(I build my own pad with a system like roland, with a steel triangle under the head piezo)

So, when there were real rimshot, it didn't send anything, that's why, I didn't heard rimshot or hit, in certain cases.

(see previous screenshot, there's nothing on third zone at alt & pressroll)

see u

You also may have set MidWidth too high(wide) which causes 3rd zone to trigger when you really hit only head or only rim.

May be, I will try lower value for midwith... on the other side, the mid point is set low.

Dimitri, I've another question : what is the use for set different note for "note", "alt note" and "pressroll note"?

It is explained in http://www.megadrum.info/content/pads-settings or is the description there not clear?

Heeem.... not so...

Actually,
for example, I set for snare :

HEAD
Note 28
ALt Note 28
Pressroll Note 28

I set snare's head hit sound on the 28th note in my Drums VI (addictive, bfd, etc)
---------
When I began to use Megadrum, I set notes like it :

HEAD
Note 28
ALt Note 29
Pressroll Note 30

And I realize it seems useless, because, these different notes are the same articulation; and everybody seems to set the same notes.

So, what is the use to set different notes????

Soft synths may have more sound articulations for the same drum than just allowed by 127 MIDI velocity levels. They may have slightly different sounds for pressrolls for example. The main purpose, just as with positional sensing, is to widen and enrich a range of sounds/articulations available for one pad. Basically, if you don't find use for it or if your soft synth has only one sound with 127 velocity levels, just set all these notes to the same value.
