Great design! Did you make the pcb with cnc?

Not sure what cnc is but I made the pcb schematics and layout using eagle. I did omit the optocoupler from my digital board since I don't think I'll be needing it. My analogue boards were originally of single board design but I have some scrap pcb's lying around so I redesigned it to be two boards (I hate to waste good pcb's :)).

This is a modified layout of the original one I made. I had to make a correction to a critical design error and added two resistors for LCDs with backlight (mine doesn't have one).

I like the rj45 input jacks! :) What did you use to transfer pcb image to your copper clad boards?

I used a 140 gsm glossy paper I bought from a local school supply store. Used our trusty laser printer to print the pcb image (although the toner is almost depleted, :| ).

I solved this problem with an ART2003 programmer and WinPic800.

Crappy pics from cam phone.
