Im using windows 7 and at command prompt
mdfwupdate.exe megadrum644_20111213.bin is there an easier way?

Ok so after all that, I got up and running again. I tried your settings it worked until I tried to save it. The same issue happened again. It has something to do with the grey choke on and choke off. I have to hit a side zone six times for the head to be able to trigger again. Then i will hit the head and after some time (it varies 4-10x that I hit the head) and again it goes silent until I hit that same zone (side stick or rimshot) zone 6x. Its like is turning it off and on...hence the choke on & off. Why is there the center last positional & rim on the far right ...is that positional sensing? I didnt think I had that. Im a little confused as the toms and kick work fine so far as a starting point. Here is a pic.

I will re-test it again.
Positional sensing indicators were introduced in MDM as per http://www.megadrum.info/forums/viewtop ... f=4&t=3018 for pads which support it on inputs with precision rectifiers (Positional sensing addon).

Saved to Slot1 from MDM. All zones still trigger no mater in which order I hit them.
Saved to Slot1 from MegaDrum itself. All zones still trigger no mater in which order I hit them.
Power cycled MegaDrum with Slot1 config autoloaded. All zones still trigger no mater in which order I hit them.

Don't see any problem, nothing goes silent.
Can you give me exact steps to reproduce the problem?
Could it be that your xp-120 has mechanical/electrical problem?

Ok, then please tell me exact steps to reproduce the problem and show in the MIDI Log with a red marker/arrow where the problem is.

I can try later this week. But I just decided to try & upload the tp120sd file from powehell library and it works without those issues. Mind you it triggers by itself which I will try and fix but it at least gives me 2 zones and doesn't stop triggering when the rim zone is hit.
