What piezo did you use for replacement??

Looks like I´m having the same problem as you did - on all of my drums and cymbals though, wich are all brand new, but desperate to make it work!!!

I used a 27mm piezo that I picked up on Ebay. You can get a package of 20 for ~$10, just search for 'em.

It would be surprising to find that it's a piezo issue on multiple new items. Be sure to read the setup docs and post on the forum when you have questions or issues, including screenshots of your config. The community members are quick to respond.
