What should I do with these connections:

2 - HiHat controller High impedance input
3 - HiHat controller Power source
4 - HiHat controller Low impedance input

What is the effect of high or low impedance?

What does to power source do? Is this used for a high hat pedal with a resistor?
And could it be used to used to power a LED for an optical high hat controller?

High impedance HiHat pedal is a pedal with a potentiometer over 100Kohms.
Low impedance HiHat pedal is a pedal with a potentiometer below 100Kohms.

The optical HH controller is a low output impedance pedal.

HI :)

You need to use prgramme with audio sound kit of drums ( or other instruments midi ^^ )

I use ezDrummer for the sound, it's very good.
But the kit is predefined and we cannot modify at will.

A master software is also needed because to ezdrummer is only an add-on.
As master software I use Cubase 4 who was delivered with my mixing desk.
That works tres indeed. There is a video on my youtube:

How should I connect the hi hat input?
2 - HiHat controller High impedance input
3 - HiHat controller Power source
4 - HiHat controller Low impedance input

For drums I connect the pins like this:
Tip = head
Ring = rim
Sleeve = ground

Should the hi hat controller go like this?
Tip = 2 - HiHat controller High impedance input
Ring = 3 - HiHat controller Power source
Sleeve = 4 - HiHat controller Low impedance input
