I did nothing with the frequency simply started working.

I think it might even be around 0.5-1sec, though perhaps a little exaggerated, but it is very audible.

Thanks, then how can I reduce the latency?

A key word to google: ASIO

The problem with latency fixed, ASIO helped.

But I have another problem, I said earlier about the problem of sending a signal to the PC. When I plug the MD to the PC, everything works fine, but after a while, MD stops send signals to PC, but the LCD showing the activity of the inputs. However, it is still connected, and detected (hardware list) I think this may be caused by a short circuit at the jacks, but I checked, and all is well. Typically, when I reconnect the MD to the PC, everything is working properly again.

I don't know if it's normal, but when I touch any jack sleeve, the LCD shows the activity of several different inputs.

I also have strange problem, sometimes MD does not react to signals connected to the first MUX (LCD does not show their activity). And again after a few reconnect everything is working properly.

What all of this could be the reason?

Provided everything is soldered right and cleanly you have a USB connectivity problem with PIC18F2550. Search the forum and you will find the solution.

It is not normal. Bad soldering, hair thin shorts, breaks, bad cabling.

I checked all the connections on the jacks and on the board, and all are right. And it is still the same, after touching each sleeve LCD shows the activity of several inputs. And after this MD stop sending signals to the PC.

When I touch inputs by hand everything is normal. Sometimes When I put the cable LED continuously shines, and when touching the other inputs, nothing happens.

Recently after inserting the cable, and touched by hand on the same input piezo began quietly buzz.

Do normal position of Hi Hat should be open or close? His row should be tall or short?

I do not know why this is happening. If everything is connected well, which I checked several times.

LED activity when nothing is connected to the HiHat pedal input is possible and it has been explained many times.

If VU meters fill up from the bottom to the top to me it seems quite obvious an empty pedal VU meter means a fully pressed pedal and a full pedal VU meter means a fully depressed pedal.

If you're sure about all soldering points, cabling, and shorts/breaks are ruled out than I can only suspect
1. a bad USB port.
2. Some resistor/capacitors have wrong values or broken.

sounds like a bad ground going to your power supply. piezo hooked up to megadrum shouldn't buzz  . I recommend using a line tester and test your outlet ground or maybe talk to an electrician.

Once again, I checked everything. Really I have no idea what could be wrong.

I have no idea what a miracle to touch sleeve LCD can show the activity of various inputs. And why the first MUX does not work if all connections are checked, and they are good.

I checked the USB port, it is good. I tested it on two PCs, and both do the same thing.

You could have made bad quality PCB, soldering, cabling, leftover flux. What you may consider good quality may in fact be bad quality.

Check everything 1, 2, 3 ... more times until you find the problem. Really there is no magic here.

The last thing to try is to start from scratch, i.e. from making new PCBs.

But I checked everything with a multimeter if there are good connections, and if there are any short circuits.

Wiring is also correct. Three MUXs are working properly, and thier signals are sending to the PC.

But the cause of the problem with the sleeve, I can't find.

If all jacks are connected to ground, it's probably not such a thing should happen.
