Thanks for taking the videos of the machining process. I am curious about how you are securing the work piece.
Are you using vacuum? I have a small CNC a bought a while back, and I am looking for a better way of securing
small work pieces. Is your table ( the plate with the purple hose) a purchased item, or something you made.

Yes, I use a vacuum table which I also made myself.

First: Awesome video! I could spend all day watching machines doing such things. Loving the technique behind it..
Have you ever tried to make a box with you CNC-machine, using Acrylic Glass/PMMA/plexiglass?

If I can machine aluminium with this CNC then I can machine any plastic with it. I machine acrylic LCD windows with it.

I love the MD product, but I strongly advise you to try and get rid of the visible screws on the front.
If the design of the box would get a bit more luxuous, and we try to make the MD Manager a bit more user-friendly I think MD could become a big player in the world of edrums.

But wow, I wish I had such a machine at home.. Brilliant technique.. I *love* it.
