Trying to make a 56 input PCB....

Hey megadrummers. My name is Jay. I'm a Canadian and am new to the forum and am wanting to make a megadrum module. I'd like to burn my own PCB unless synthex sells pcb's without the parts - synthex? Anyway, I was going to use Dmitri's PCB layout for the 32 input analogue board but then I got to thinking that bigger is usually better - so with a bit of Dmitri's help I've edited the supplied KiCad schematic to include the 3 new mux's, all their included resistors and bats and a 2nd 40 pin connector (cause I've got tons of old 40 wire IDE ribbons kicking around). Anyway, I have no idea how to go about generating a PCB from the schematic. Is it automatically generated or do I have to draw the entire thing out? Also, I have no idea if what I'm doing is right. I was into electronics waaaaaaay in the past so I'm pretty rusty and mistakes are easily made. If anyone wants to check this over and help me make a new analog board pcb to handle 56 inputs then lets rock!
The one thing I am unsure about is my routing to the 2x20 connector. I'm thinking that there would be a way to optimize what went where for a cleaner PCB.
Anyway any help would be appreciated guys. Also if this has already been done, my bad - I looked my didn't find.
