Problem with midi through usb

Hi,

I got synthex's kit and finished soldering the board. I connected everthing to the board and finally finished the module before fixing it into the case.

I tried it before fixing.. Connected it my pc with usb cable and it was recognized by the pc as "megadrum usb midi"

I have signal with the pads, the lcd display shows it perfect and midi led is flashing when i touch the pads.

I set the midi speed to 38400 to get the midi signal with usb.

My problem: I can't get the midi signal through ucb.

I launch protools and created a midi track , selected "megadrum usb midi" as midi input when there was no signal.
Then i quited protools and launched a midi signal monitoring but there is no midi activity from megadrum unit.

Do you have any idea about this problem?

I bought two kits and the problems are the same on two boards.

No, you must set the midi speed to 31250 to get the midi signal with 18F2550 true midi USB device.
38400 is for older USB device ;).

Can't do that now, i dont have a multimeter at home but i can ask to a friend to do that.

Any more pins to check with multimeter? if you can list them all i can do that at the same time

As i said in my firsty post; midi led is flashing when i hit the pad, megadrum is recognized by the computer and appear as midi device both in protools and midi-ox but there is no midi signal from usb or midi-out jack.

Yes, the only thing that might be a problem is the link between the Atmega and Midi output :
- pin 15 of Atmega
- pin 18 of 18F2550
- the top 220 ohms resistor
