This is the first test firmware for requested new features:

superseded and deleted. see posts below.

For now it has only Alternate notes implemented. It has the following settings added:
ANote - alternative note for Note. By default it is equal to Note so no alternation.
ABNote - alternative note for BNote. By default it is equal to BNote (0).

I've done some testing and it appears to work correctly but since it's been a significant change to the code (I've also made some needed optimization required for the new features) I post it here for anyone willing to do more testing. Let me know if you notice any problems.

Added Dampening for piezo/switch pads. It has the following setting added:
DBNote - dampen note. By default it is equal to a Note of a rim/edge input .

The third (and final for now) test firmware for requested new features:

Added "Pressroll notes". Altogether it has the following settings added:

Global
PressRoll Time - time in ms between two hits when "pressroll" is detected. Can be set between 0 and "NoteOff Delay". Default is 0 (no "pressroll" detection).

Per input
