which of these are absolutely necessary to test the megadrum:
ISP
Keyboard
encoders
ICSP
Midi In / Out
USB
LCD
tks

If everything soldered right and all parts ok, it should work straight away, no testing needed.

from what I read in the FAQ,
to use it only by USB, it is not necessary the outputs MIDI in / out.
but did not understand what are the encoders and what is its function? (it is optional?)
LCD is necessary for the configuration and operation of megadrum?

If it is HD44780 compatible (which it looks like) then you can use it.
