What are you expecting to happen when you use brushes on your pads?

well, if there is a mode/kit for brushes then it might work like how brushes are used acoustically? It works in the TD30, so I wanna know if this happens to support the tech as well? And How to do it?

I'm not sure as I can't find out what technology is being used - if any. I suspect they are just using velocity to switch between swish and hits. If that is the case then yes, it is possible but the problem then moves to finding a VST that is suitable.

Am using Superior Drummer 2.0, it has Roots SDX which support brushes, which is why i posted the original question as i wanna know if MegaDrums supports this, itll be awesome if it does..

Here's how the brush-"magic" works in the TD30 (according to the owners manual):

1. brushes are only relevant to the snare (page 19/127)
2. the user has to switch the brush option on/off (page47/48)
3. in the case of "brush on" a different midi note will be transmitted (page61)

So yes, i would say you can do the exact same thing with megadrum.
If you want to play with brushes (nylon, if using meshheads) you can switch your megadrum to a trigger-setting tailored to work with brushes in terms of triggering and a midi-note-setting fitting the notes needed in the VST to play the brush-sounds.

Hope that helped.

As Fankelomia above sais, It's more to do with what sort of articulations are available from SD2 and how you want to map them. MD will give you far more options than Roland, thats for sure.
My personal approach would use 3 piezos on different pads but thats another story.
I suspect a natural approach for you would be to layer the swoosh at a low velocity and then hit at medium and rim shot at high velocity.
