Comparing old megadrum module vs new

Greetings Dmitiri and megadrum users. I've decided to get back into e-drumming after a 2 year hiatus and was wondering how my current module compares to the newest megadrum module that dmitri provides.

My current megadrum module is quite old; it is the Synthex v 2.5 All-in-one board with Input jacks v 1.8. Here's my build log for what it's worth: http://www.megadrum.info/forums/viewtopic.php?t=1676

Now I imagine that the new model that dmitri is selling is leaps and bounds better than the model I have built. The learning curve took some work but I got things as close as I could to where I was happy but it was never perfect (latency being the biggest issue). I would imagine latency would be greatly reduced with the newest model.

Is there any way to compare these two modules? Any advice on the differences/improvements would be greatly appreciated.

-Russ

It's much faster for sure.

Thanks for you reply airflamesred. Is the configuration about the same or has that changed as well?

It's a faster processor and I'm sure Dmitri has improved other aspects; The UI and config are similar I guess.
