Components must be located on the side of the top white silk screening.
You just need soldering on the bottom side.
Holes on the pcb are copper coated to connect both sides of the board.

Identification of components :

yellow violet black gold = 47 ohms
brown black brown gold = 100 ohms
red red brown gold = 220 ohms
yellow violet brown gold = 470 ohms
brown black red gold = 1 Kohms
brown green black brown brown = 1.5 Kohms
yellow violet red gold = 4.7 Kohms
blue red red red = 6.2 Kohms
brown black orange gold = 10 Kohms

15 = 15 pF

On the PCB, the square pad is always the pin number 1.

Do not solder ICs (U1, U2, U3, U5 to U11) on the PCB.
You must use sockets.

1N4148, 4N4007, 47 uF, 100 uF and all ICs (U1 to U11)
are polarized and MUST be inserted in only ONE direction.

The green component, with a SILVER ring, is the inductor (L1).

For the "R lcd" you can use the 47 ohms resistor (the big blue resistor).

To test, you can use a jumper on the "Power Selection" connector :

I have a couple of quick questions:
1. Will there be an extra cost for the stacked jacks input PCBs?
2. What are the minimum dimensions for an enclosure with 32-inputs (19 stereo jacks? + usb)? Would this fit in a 6"x4"x2" enclosure? I'm looking at getting a 1/3 U enclosure as well (5.5"x5.5"x1.75"), but I worry that it would be too small.

Yes, there will be an extra cost for the stacked jacks input PCBs.
The price is not fixed yet, but it will not be expensive.

32 inputs PCB (9 stacked jacks or 17 jacks) = 184 mm
32 inputs PCB (9 stacked jacks or 17 jacks + USB) = 202 mm
32 inputs PCB (9 stacked jacks or 17 jacks + USB + MIDI) = 249 mm
24 inputs PCB (6 stacked jacks or 12 jacks) = 122 mm
