I can't connect with MDM

I just finish my DYI Megadrum 32 imputs version and I can not connect to MDM. I have read a lot of topics but y can't find a solution.
In device manager I see drivers installed and when I connect mi PC recognize it. In MDM I go to Main -> Options and I choose MEgadrum USB Midi or MIDIIN2 (and MIDIOUT2) but I get "MIDI Init Error".

I'm using latest uncrypted firmware (20MHz, 32 inputs) and latest MDM version (is that wrong?).

When I try to connect sometimes LED blinks but I'm still getting "MIDI Init Error"

Any suggestions?

What I am doing wrong?

MDM will not work with unencrypted firmware.

I'm trying my MD with a piezo and I think that there is a problem. When I hit the piezo the VU meter and LED shows activity, but the bar in VU meter and LED remains "hi" a long time. I think that it isn't normal, LED and bar should be down after the hit. Isn't it true?

I can't connect with Midi-ox so Midi is'nt working... When I connect USB, mi pc recognize it and appears "Megadrum USB MIDI" and "MIDIIN2 (Megadrum USB MIDI)" but I guess that communication isn't working.

Any help?

Most likely you have not programmed Atmega fuses or programmed them incorrectly.

I programmed Atmega644 with Arduino Uno as programmer and avrdudes. I programmed the last unencrypted version (.hex) but I don't know how config fuses
