Brand new trigger design for single zone cymbals

Hi everyone.
I've been thinking for a while now how to trigger cymbal without mounting it on the back of the cymbal and I come up with these design.
It is mounted on a cymbal stand and can be used with acoustic cymbal or practice cymbal or just any plate you put on.
The trigger is in the washer and goes to small project box with pot and then into the jack.
It works perfect.
The cymbal can rotate freely because it is not attached to the trigger.
The only drawback is that is only one zone.
But if you put a regular one zone cymbal with this device you can get 2 zones.
Regular cymbal bow or edge and from this device bell.
Maybe only for splash and china. I dont now.
Tell me what you think.
I've posted some pictures.
Cheers.
