Dear Synthex-

I just build my Megadrum all in one project.

But it does not work!

When I start it the display just show all 16 trigging values and there is no possibility to control it with the keyboard to edit the menue points at all. Are you shure that the main Icp (atmega 644) is already programmed with bootloader and firmware.

greats

Dear Dmitri

thanks for that fast answering.

But my problem is that the megadrum unit not work at all. Just when I start it the display shows that 16 VU meters and nothing more is possible. No triggering signal is possible and no menue function is working! Is this all in one 3.1 Kit from Synthex real programmed at all.

Thanks

Of course yes.

Atmega644 is programmed with the bootloader and Megadrum firmware.
PIC18F14K50 is programmed with USB firmware.

If you see 16 VU meters then Atmega is programmed.

Your computer does see Megadrum ?
LED is on ?
Keyboard is well wired ?

I'm guessing you're not seeing VU meters at all because there must be 32 of them and what you see is a top row of boxes. So from the info you gave I still suggest you to look at the topic I'd pointed you to.

Make sure the flat cable is well pressed into the LCD connectors.
