this circuit is very complex!
the problem is..after done the developer process.
the circle in the pcb is the problem ..can anyone tell me why this happen and what are the solution.
the line is too close

I had the same problem when I did it using the toner transfer method. I ended up using a sharp knife and cutting between the traces to make sure there were no shorts after it had been etched.

I highly recommend buying a pcb done by synthex. You will have too less hassle that way, and still you need to solder components, upload firmware, etc, so still will be a little DIY

yess..yellow are copper..

Ok, sorry, I thought this is what you got AFTER etching.

What exactly did you use to transfer the toner?

Oh, so you must be using photoresist then? Unfortunately, I do not use photoresist myself because I find it somewhat expensive and generally not as easy to use as direct toner tranfer (using an electric iron). So I can't really suggest a solid solution.

It might be that you've underexposed the board (i.e. didn't hold it under UV light for long enough), or maybe the photoresist cover was not evenly distributed across the board.
