So I got them all from the download.
I'm finished my pcb and some components already mounted except for the PIC, Atmega and 74HC4851N which difficult to find here in my place (indonesia).
Any help where i can buy these parts.

One thing, for the programming cable (ISP and ICSP), is it necessary to connect in series those resistors to the cable?

Another question for me, about removing the trimmer pot. I followed Sythex instructions and I tried to modify a little bit the bottom board.
I wanted to know if I did right, so

in hole 1 the first pin of the capacitor (100nF) that goes up high in a sort of small island on which to link also the resistor (10k). Than the second pin of the resistor (10k) goes down in 2. Than in 3, than through resistor (1k) to 4.

So 1 --- C - R --- 2-3 - R - 4.

And the question is also, the order is right? Or should be 1 --- R - C --- 2-3 - R - 4.

Beside ATMEGA32/644, can i used ATMEGA8-16PU, which only available here in my place?
