When you send MIDI data to MegaDrum does the MIDI LED flash?

By the look of your pictures I think your piezo is wired wrong - you've connected the ceramic and brass parts of the piezo to the tip and ring of the female jack; the brass part should go to the sleeve (the third pin to the right on the female jack). A stereo jack takes two piezos, the ceramic part of each going to tip and ring, respectively, and the brass part of both goes to the brass part.

Hopes this makes sense

Nice and original enclosure, BTW!
If it ain't broken... fix it until it is.

Of course this doesn't make much sense... DOH!

I meant that the brass parts of the piezos go to the sleeve (ground)

When you send MIDI data to MegaDrum does the MIDI LED flash?

If i set MegaDrum as an ouput MIDI device, when try to send the sysEx file to Megadrum the MIDI activity LED is light several seconds, but no flash. Also when i hit the piezo connect with jack the MIDI activity LED is light several seconds.I agree is grounding problem, then interference the MIDI signal via USB cable. How can i solve the problem?thanks!

So MegaDrum is able to receive MIDI data from your PC. In that case I suspect you have a connectivity problem from pin 15 of Atmega to pin 18 of PIC18F2550.

I've resolder at these two IC sockets and checked it out, sure that 15pin of Atmega and 18pin of PIC18F2550 is connect. But it still not MIDI input.
