megadrum32_20_32_20080309.hex
It may fix the problem of over spilling or or it may not. But if the input signal is too hot you will still loose dynamic range.

I don't have a parallell port on my motherboard. Other options?

See this if Atmega came with a bootloader. Warning, if the procedure is done incorrectly you may loose pre-programmed firmware and you will have to use ISP cable.

Only 1 piezo attached
only lcd
No keyboard.
Megadrum Default settings.

Yes, I can reproduce the "problem".
I do the test with MAX4558 and CD4051, the problem is the same ...
I will test the last firmware ...

Good, I'm working on my keyboard now. I noticed that the keyboard uses 4pins in the schematic, but on your design it has 5pins? What's up with that? ;)

How do I upload the firmware with midiox if the firmware is in hex format?

A MegaDrum firmware file must be modified slightly: three bytes, 0xF0 0x7F 0x40, must be prepended and one byte, 0xF7, must be appended and rename the *.hex file to *.syx

How do I modify it?

Please explain how you do it step by step.. I don't want to mess up as I don't have a parallell port.
