The problem (if it's really a problem) is still occurring, but I did some tests in cubase and noticed that the megadrum has no problem reaching 127 in velocity without overflowing if I tap the piezo.
The overflow/overtriggering seems to occurr way over that value. I guess around 256 in velocity (fantasy number, I know).

It can be called a problem or a feature depending on how you look a it. There are several factors which effect if "overspilling" occurs or it doesn't but it all comes to this: if the pad/piezo is too hot or not for MegaDrum. All my pads happened to be "cool":). In case pads are too hot for MegaDrum the only right way to eliminate an issue of "overspilling" is to use trim pots (it's up to you to put them in pads on in MegaDrum). If I keep trying doing it in firmware, even if the issue is eliminated (which I doubt since it is in fact an electrical issue), you will be loosing dynamic range with hot pads. And it appears to be a Sisyphean task to me.

I didn't use a pad, I tapped the piezo directly. I guess I was worried for nothing then..

Yes, this feature (or problem) can be seen as an alert to indicate that the pad is too powerful, and loosing dynamic range.

Tapping the piezo with your fingers???? That produces a really high voltaga (compared to common mesh head pads). Maybe there isn`t really a problem. :)

I just want to know if it looks right. I'm not gonna use this file, and I'll advice everyone not to use it too.

If this looks right, the only thig left to do is to rename to .syx and upload with midiox right?

It looks alright. Compare it with the sysex firmware I posted in here

Nope, they didn't match. Difference is on the last row.
Can you check Dmitri?

The only difference is that there are extra bytes, 0D 0A, at the end in my version, but it doesn't make any difference since the bootloader will ignore anything past the byte F7.

This thread needs to be cleaned up - too many posts unrelated to the topic.
Synthex, will you move these posts to other topics(create them if needed)?

I think the problem is not related with hot piezzo disks.

I'm connecting only one piezzo to kick input and when i tap it hard I see signal on other 8channel that the max pic is controlling.

Then I stoped tapping the piezzo and while there is no signal. But when it shorted pin3 and 4 hihat controller goes to max value and kick input starts to generate signal with out touching it.

I've not this problem ...

The maximum value should never be infringed.
Or add a resistor :

problem is not related with the hihat pot.

I say even without conneting the hihat controller there is a problem.

I connect pin 3 directly to pin 4 and it goes to max and connected input channel starts to generate signal but this only occours with kick channel

Connect pin 3 directly to pin 4 = maximum
