As you were told already, there is no point to program unencrypted bootloader.

No, there is no point and, in fact, will give you more problems. As I and others said many times, there won't be unencrypted MegaDrum firmware updates so programming unencrypted bootloader is useless at least.

I can't just throw away this atmega. I just want to get MD working till new year party. then, I'll find another project to place this Atmega, and buy another from you :D
-about programming: I still get nothing on lcd. Nor normal firmware, nor bootloader (I press LEFT key when powering up)...
maybe it's with the fuses. I did exactly like before but still...

Forget about bootloader. And I already gave you the link to troubleshooting LCD issues.

Did you even read the link which is in the FAQ and I also pointed you to? Issues with LCD are visible signs of internal boards problems.

Yes I've read it. as I said, It was working for a moment; when I reconnected it to USB it was gone.

hmmm... I made too mach playing with it. I think I now locked the fuses... atmega is totaly frozen. ponyprog says: "device missing or unknown device"
