ISP
Keyboard
encoders
ICSP
Midi In / Out
USB
LCD

If everything soldered right and all parts ok, it should work straight away, no testing needed.

to use it only by USB, it is not necessary the outputs MIDI in / out.

If it is HD44780 compatible (which it looks like) then you can use it.
