That''s what I meant earlier sorry, I saw this but I don't know how to open.

You have to have Java installed. Once installed it will prompt you to open it with 'Java Web Start'.

when i open the megadrum manager it says ?????? for firmware version and when I go to firmware upgrade it says select megadrum firmware file. I'm confused, then I goes on to talk about selecting correct crystal frequency etc. Help please.

Did you select right MIDI ports in Options? What firmware version is in your MegaDrum?

Before doing anything left you need to sort out MIDI connectivity.

it says 2012122 in the megadrum but ?????? in megadrum manager.

I want to use megadrum with my pc and ableton using superior drummer etc, I also want everything synched up with video (vj/ resolume avenue) so i was using loopbe internal midi as suggested on forum somewhere.

i havea pci card that i use for synth in pc
