For the firmware upgrade use "Updating firmware with protected bootloader" - it always works if electrically everything is ok.

when i type mdfwupdate.exe megadrum644_20111213.bin into cmd it says not recognised as internal or external command. I think I might be getting further with the oother method though, what frequency should I be on? would having only 1 midi lead coming from it be a problem as i ue the bottom right midi port out to my synth and through to my pc. i don't use the other midi port in the megadrum.

Post the question in the topic with mdfwupdate, I'll help you there.

MegaDrum Manager requires two-way communication between MegaDrum and a PC. If you do it over standard MIDI ports on MegaDrum than you must use two MIDI cables: one from MIDI Out of MegaDrum to MIDI In of your PC and another from MIDI Out of your PC to MIDI In of MegaDrum. And of course you must use these PC's MIDI ports in the MegaDrum Manager's Options.

Hello,
it is possible to make it more "netbook friendly"?
What I mean - my screen is too small an there are no scroll bars, which makes me unable to see bottom.

Can you post a screenshot of what you get on a netbook?

Hm, doesn't look good. I'll think about what can be done but don't expect anything soon - it will require pretty major re-design.

I'm not expecting windows scaling, but maybe one scroll bar on the right side? It is so hard to implement?

I'll see if it can be done easily.
