I tried running the latest MDM I could find on my home machine - Win 8.1.
I get the following error

Problem found -- had to download and install latest Java from Oracle. Apparently Win 8 does not install a reasonable version of Java by default

I have a couple of problems with MDM. The most important is that every time I hit a pad (single piezo), on the first hit sounds the desired note but the second hit in the same pad sounds a note 0 or is a C-1 I think.
I tried several ways but no case, I got the same in all the pads.

Tick the boxes next to Alt note and pressroll note

Without seeing settings I'd say you've not set Alt Note and Pressroll Note equal to Note.

By you permission I have two questions more...


1) I have problems to save the pad configuration (sysex) , when I do that , with the diferents notes in each pad and save it, at the moment of load this all presets are gone (all notes in all pads is cero) .


2) another is question: all the piezo is the same , are 24 , (in rubbers pads emulating midi mallet controller) but when hit, MDM shows me some other yellow blue and other green.
How can I fix it ?

Describe what you do and what you expect in more details for me to reproduce the problem.
