Hi!
I couldn't help myself looking in the file.
I don't know what kind of module you are suing...but it seems like some MISC settings was totally messed up. Latency, Pressroll, Noteoff.
Also - how you have managed to even got the third zone on the kick?...I am guessing that you maybe have edited the mds file in notepad etc...(Impossible to do it in MDM)
I took the freedom to change everything I felt was wrong...And I am attaching the edited mds file based on your problems.
As Airflamedred said the positional sensing, x-talk levels.. etc..
In general you have maximized the gain on all drums. (It seems like you have to compensate this with increased thresholds - I would expect that you loose sensitivity based on this ) Looking on the snare...using gain on 7 and have a high level on 1023...something is wrong here. If you get a high level on 1023 when doing the auto high level task sequence, I am suspecting that your snare piezo too hot.
Auto high level task sequence
Crash course for beginners - On your MD - Move to the PAD you want to measure - Goto AutoHigh Level - set it to YES -
press the right alt encoder button...the MD will jump to high level...and starting at 64...you will see it raise when you hit that drum hard a couple of times. Continue until you have reached the maximum level. There you got your high level! Go back and set AutoHigh Level to NO on you MD. From MDM - fetch the high level from MD using "Get All" or GET for that actual pad in to MDM for reference and continued configuration work. Note: This sequence can't be done by just setting the AutoHigh Level checkbox in MDM to True. You have to be at the MD in the menus to perform this task.
