Nope never! I used 20140809, 20140920, 20141006, 20141011 and now 20141022. I have installed latest MDM in this moment and I used two previous versions in past without any change. I have atmega 1284 on windows 7 x64.
Today I'm gona try new hall efect sensor (ALLEGRO A1301) with new settings for HHpedal/input. I will set up settings from scratch and see whats happend.

Well as I thought there's same behavior of MDM after I done everything once again, HHpedal meni problem and I just dont know why.

Step by step tell me what you do and I will try to reproduce it.

OK. I build controller and HHcymbal and they are ok. Today I done tests again and problem is when I press 'Get All' theres no change in HHpedal menu. When I send some new settings from MDM, MD show them on LCD so that is ok now but not always. It's no problem for me to set up HH controller from MD panel buttons (they need me for hi and low levels too) but I wish to know why only me have those problems.
Here are screenshots:

Theres no change in HHpedal menu (type: f.control, cc number:4...)

3* I changed some settings and parameters in HHpedal menu and sent them to the MD

(In MD theres saved eg. Type: F.Control, CC Number: 4... MDM send settings and they come to the MD but they are saved settings in MD so red colour is wierd)

4* New try for 'Get' command in HHpedal menu;

After step 2 (Get All) save the whole config and post it here.
In MDM set Chick Delay, CC Number and CC ReductionLvl to 1 and do Get in the Pedal panel or Get All. Post screenshot of what you get after that.

Did you do Get or Get All after you changed the settings in MDM and before taking the screenshot?

Even with the config you posted I cannot re-produce the problem.
Also, all Levels and Notes in Pedals config, according to your config file, are set to 0. This is clearly incorrect. Is this how set the Pedal up?
Are you still getting this problem if you start with the default config, i.e. with AutoLoad Conf set to No?

Level are all zero, notes are set like 8 for bow and 7 for edge (CC variable notes). I use cc4 massage for hi hat controler as you said in some topic that it is the right way. For open, semi open... hh position it doesnt matter with cc right? It must be that I mix something there, this is the way I set up HHpedal and hh pad.
No HHpedal menu never work for me, not now, not in the past no matter what I do .
I find topic and user with similar problems from 2012 year and there is the same - no one knows why this happend.
I have need to ask one more question, why my hall efect controler have just 4 or 5 position with CC4, it is not continius like it should be or I need to set HHpedal without CC4 and set all SO,HO lvls or what.
For my (first) way to set up pedal it work ok but with 4 levels only, what I do wrong here!?
Update: Correct me if I'm wrong but with cc4 we set up pedal in VST not in MD right?

Yes I do.
