Otherwise it is going to give a wrong interpretation of the capabilities of the MD..

Stefane, i am sorry because i didnt sync it perfectly, you are right . The audio is from CUbase , and video is from the mobile phone..
Anyway , people who deal with MD are enthusiasts and are ready to dig into the MD phylosophy, so they are mostly well aware of capabilities and latency of midi controllers. The video is not about my playing skills or latency but about MD settings that i have achieved with Diy pads and 2/3 zone cymbals, hall effect hh etc.,.
tnks.

Is the high value currently over 900 for the snare and what about value for the toms?

Best Regards

All my HiLevel auto is set to YES.. It was harder for me to tweek it right with manual settings..
Maybe because of the trimmers i mentioned above,,, This way i get very low dynamics also which i like in playing..

Wrong answer...:-)

This field should normally be set to no for auto high level. In the next field...high level value...what kind of value (three digits) is shown?

Best regards

I don't understand why you want low dynamics? It doesn't make sense for your style.

koby drums - Triggera krigg/Bix - megadrum - Kontakt........... Samples from all and sundry.

Well, it doesnt matter what is my playing style.. I have to use a variety of playing depends on what i record ..
Anyway , my idea is trying to get as realistic response as the real drum , as possible.. That means that the midi note should be triggered even in the lightiest press on the mesh head.. You normally get that with real drum , right?
No electronic drum can never emulate the texture of my Ludwig Super Sensitive snare :)) but i am trying to get as close as possible..

Ah, I interpreted this as a low dynamic range, similar to the way Thomas Lang sets up an e kit.

Of course, the e drum should have a similar response to the acoustic version.
