32 input got away, but I made em pay a halfway decent price before it got into "I coulda bought a DTX502 territory".

Consider Ardour 3 and Drumgizmo if you are using a linux platform with Megadrum.
Drumgizmo is a VST that runs native in linux (in Ardour 3 (also free)) and has three kits available currently. It is very much in the early stages, but is an option for the linux crowd.

Thanks, hadn't heard of Drumgizmo. I do use Ardour (but prefer to do all my tracking on the Zoom R24, and just edit on the PC. I like hardware devices.)
