Sorry, didn't want to confuse you. Just wanted to say that the module itself works good unless I connect it to any MIDI consumer (not sure if I call it correct here) with USB cable.

Let's break it down. On one side of the USB cable we have a module. I can connect any number of pads to it, play the drums and according to the built-in display it works good.
Then on the other side I have a Mac or a Windows machine - my MIDI consumer.
So here are a few cases:
1. On Mac. Just connect physically. No noise appeared. Then I've launch one of the applications:
1.1. Start MDM. Noise appeared, the notes are generated from any connected inputs.
1.2. Start Mac MIDI set up. The same as above.
1.3. Start Addictive Drums. The same as above.
2. On Windows. If I just connect module physically - noise appeared.

The noise signal I hear if Addictive Drums is launched, I see it in the MDM, I see it on the built-in LCD display.

1. Are there any cables already plugged into MegaDrum when you start MDM?
2. Is there noise when you start MDM with NOTHING connected to the module, NOT even an empty cable?
3. What SPECIFIC (single zone, dual zone piezo/piezo or dual zone pizo/switch) pad do you connect to the module? Please don't say something like 'any pad'.
4. What SPECIFIC cable (stereo/mono) do you use to connect the above pad?
5. What SPECIFIC jack(inputs) do you plug the above pad/cable to? Again, please don't tell 'any jack/input'?
6. Show screenshot of settings on the inputs you plugged the pad/cable into.
7. Show screenshot of MIDI Log from MDM showing the noise.

Some clues:
1. An empty cable connected to the module will produce noise due to picking up electromagnetic noise.
2. A single zone pad connected with a stereo cable will produce noise on the rim/edge input due to picking up electromagnetic noise on the open(unused) chanhhel of the cable.
3. A dual zone piezo/switchpad/cymbal connected to the input with default settings will produce noise on the rim/edge input because by default the rim/edge input is configured as piezo and switch zone on the pad/cymbal will behave like an areal picking up electromagnetic noise.

1,2. No, no cables - no noise.
3. Roland KD-7 single zone pad.
4. Mono factory made cable
5. Kick input
6,7. In the attachment

It appears you may have higher electromagnetic noise in your environment then in mine. But I think there is a simple fix for this - raise the Threshold until the noise is gone.
