In the Notes section, "Open" is missing so I'm assuming the open note when HiHat is fully open is taken from the Bow/Edge note settings in the actual Hihat "pad" area of programming?
You've got "semiclosed" in the Note section however there is no corresponding "Level" setting with the same name.
Just wondering what "Level" setting corresponds to the 'semiclosed" note setting?
Also wondering how the level settings line up with the note settings in general. i.e, the "Open" setting for example if set to a value of 20, does that mean any velocity below 20 will cause Megadrum to play the Hihat Edge or Bow note from the "Pad" section of programming? ANd a value above 20 would then play the corresponding Note value found where? Would it then play the "semiopen" note?
I guess what I'm trying to understand is, when looking at a pedal that is fully open to fully closed, what order are the Level and Note settings that correspond to this?
Semi open 1 could be interpreted as being close to being closed etc, and is less open than half open. I'm just not sure how the order goes, it all depends on how you interpret the names.
