Did you try another USB cable?

I can suggest you two options:
1. Open the case and see what might be wrong with the connector.
2. Send the module to me to fix it. I will need to be able to reproduce the problem.

Before you do the above I suggest you one final test:
1. Disconnect all cables from the module.
2. Start the module with default settings.
3. On one of the inputs you are having problems start lowering Threshold by one.
At what Threshold does the input start triggering?

It's absolute instable Dmitri. At this point it starts false triggering when switching it on - stops after sending new settings with mdm with higher treshold. Starts again at switching it on - MDM hangs, did this 5 times. Terrible.

This is taking up too much time now. I decided to stop with this. But still having faith in project and hardware.
I will order a new piece (check your mail), compare it with this one and sending you back the defect one.
Later on, after you did your checks we decide what to do with the defect device (problably fix it). Having two pieces of hardware is not a problem.
Having a defect one is!

Good plan?

I've experienced this... You have to increase threshold levels; if it's at the limit, simply moving the USB cable around the trigger cables will cause note on events... Make sure that you use shielded cables; (I've bought some Alesis Command Brakeout cable to modify (it has light plastic angled jacks on one end) and when I cut the wires in order to solder straight jacks for de module's end I've seen that the cable is not shielded)...

Also from your screenshot looks like the High Level is low (64) and Auto is checked... If you get a decent Hi Level (over 300) you can increase the Threshold without loosing dinamics...
