If you get "Error trying to open MIDI Out Port" then you have some other MIDI software running which opens the same port. Exit this other MIDI software before trying to open this MegaDrum MIDI port in MDMFX.

could you download team viewer and a remote to fix the problem please

ok the only usb item in the system is my interface which is off at the moment should I unplug it from the pc

I've unplugged my interface which is the only usb midi device and I get the same results
