Here is a new layout for switched and unswitched sockets.

I noticed that the remote USB jack is not grounded/bonded on this board. The PCB I am about to etch has provision for bonding the ground pin. Will this cause a problem such as a ground loop or other issue? Should I redesign my circuit before I waste a board?

Thanks,

Rod.

Why do you not use mine ? ;)

It's better to separate the digital ground and the analog ground.
But there should not be a problem.

Setup your software at 600 dpi.

What are the chances someone could produce a chassis template to aide with drilling out the chassis to accept the nice tidy jacks as orientated on these boards? I was thinking of something I could tape onto my chassis, it'd have little circles with + signs for each jack location to help with drilling everything perfectly. Certainly nothing critical but would be a time saver.

Can I make a request? as some users are having issues with hot pads, Synthex, could you make a jack PCB but with pots included for each input? With a jumper to bypass each pot if you want. What do you think?

Yes, you can make a request. ;)
I think it's better to weld the pot on the pad, because it's for the pad calibration ...

But It's possible to make this PCB. I have no time to do this now, maybe later.

I really think the pot should be built in into a pad, just as Yamaha does with it's pads.
