No, it's the 20081020.

Don't promise that so quickly hehe. I have been able to enable the sending of big sysex messages in windows with an external opensource DLL library, but in Mac I don't know if it will allow to send big sysex files or it will fragment them as happened in windows built-in java midi implementation. Maybe there is another custom library Mac-specific.dmitri wrote:Elrules's upcoming MegaDrum Configuration tool will be able to do it on Mac via USB.

There are 2 different crystals included in the All in one 2.7 kit.
One is 20Mhz the other is 12Mhz.
I guess we can conclude that mine is "overclocked"... and the fact that you "wash your hands of any issues I may encounter" is pretty scary!! I didn't choose anything! And I have no idea what "overclocked" means.
I just wanted to know exactly which .sys file I need in order to upgrade the firmware.
Now that we know I have an Atmega32 16pu and that the kit includes a 20Mhz crystal, should I be 100% sure I only need this file :
megadrum32_16_20081020.syx
Syntex do you confirm? I mean, the board clearly shows a place where we have to solder a 20Mhz crystal. The "components list and pinouts" shows the exact same thing : I just had to use a 20Mhz crystal....Atmega32-16PU is rated to run at maximum 16MHz. At 20MHz it may run fine or it can have all sorts of issues. Yours is overclocked.
