Do I need an ISP cable to do this? Or is it possible over USB?

Anyways, it says on the MCT page that "The MCT needs Megadrum to have a firmware version equal or newer than version 20081006" and my firmware is older than that... actually the reason I'm wanted to update the firmware is so that I CAN use MDT!
I tried anyways, but although the Megadrum shows up as a USB device plugged into the Mac, it's not selectable under the MIDI select in MCT..
EDIT - Crap! Now whenever I turn it on, it shows a blank screen; I can get the firmware update page to come up, but nothing else, and it's not sending any MIDI
clock2113 wrote:Just tried it on my windows machine... it shows up in MCT as USB Audio Device, but when I try to send the firmware megadrum644_20_32_20081222.syx, MCT gives me an error saying unable to send sysex file... the Megadrum just keeps saying send sysex now and the MIDI activity light is on.
