hi,
i'm new here too, came to e-drum idea by looking around for a guitar at a big internet shop.
had a split second idea of checking out drums after some years (as a student i once played
for two or three weeks a bad cheap acoustic set in the students home basement - some j.brown funk loops)
i really picked up quick although i never played before (guitar player) and i loved playing drums.

thats all my drum background!

so i checked out their internet drum department and stumbled across e-drum.
googling around looking comparing (what diy triggers aha ahm ..., oh these modules, roland T4
1000€ ???? seemed the best cheap thing bookmarked and organised youtube links of e-drum presentation
and diy e-drum stuff and dealers and e-drum software and finally after three days i searched for drum modules with google
and found this here site. Fantastic, excellent. Thats what i thought to myself: can't be that impossible to read out those triggers and turn them into midi data.

Great Stuff! Thanks dmitri. Big Thanks!

And thanks Synthex for providing PCBs.
I'll take one of the new kits when ready - incl. Jack PCB if possible. :D
