Hello Synthex
I have verified your PCB drawing....it is very good!
Here are some comments:
+ The 1N4148 between 2 and 3 of the opto is reversed!(error)
+ You have suppressed the four 330 ohm resistor on the ISP socket1
(they are already on the programming cable!)
+ You have replaced the two 220 ohm resistor by a 470 ohm one on the LCD
backlight.
+You have added a Midi led on the pin 27 of the ATMEGA.
+ You have added the contrast trimmer of the LCD and the two 1N4148 diodes of the keyboard on this board.

The drawing is very good but I think you need to add borders with four holes in the corners to fix the board on the box......
What is the software you use to make this PCB???
I will perhaps make some mods,me I use a french soft named WINTYPON
See you soon

The 1N4148 is reversed. Thank you !!! ;)
I have suppressed the four 330 ohm ... They are in the cable.
I have replaced the two 220 ohm resistor by a 470 ohm one on the LCD acklight ... Yes 220 X 2 = 440 like 470
I have added a Midi led on the pin 27 of the ATMEGA ... Yes :)
I have added the contrast trimmer of the LCD and the two 1N4148 ... Yes ... It's better !!!
You can add borders with four holes in the corners to fix the board on the box youself ... You can do it as you need. ;)

The SOIC version is more available, then you can use the SOIC to DIP adapter (up in this topic).

How did you made the pads bigger on the new pcb ? Are you using the 250 pins diptrace version ?

I just selected the pad and increased its size.
