Yes. One contact to tip, and the other to ground. Use a stereo cable.

You can use a stereo cable if you use one input per jack.

The pads that i will be drumming onto have only one piezo in them so the output of the pads will be mono, right?
I saw that all the inputs on the Mega Frum are stereo so are there going to be any problems if i use a stereo cable?

They're all individual (mono) inputs but almost all adjacent inputs can be joined into dual/triple inputs using stereo jacks.
