Beginner question - change input

Hi

I have a 56 input mega drum build in a nice enclosure and got it working. Now I wanted to connect my millennium drumkit. This works but all the head and rim inputs are swapped. Is there a way to fix this via software or do I have to resolder them? I think it has to do with the note and channel but I don't get the concept yet.

If you use single zone pads/cymbals - it doesn't matter but for dual/3way zone pads/cymbals you have to swap tip/ring wires on the jacks.
