I re-soldered both diodes.
I replaced the 20 MHz crystal by a 16 MHz crystal.
I changed the Atmega32.
Your MegaDrum works perfectly now !

The Atmega has a problem, may be due to static electricity.
You paid only the Atmega and the shipping cost.
